seriously dont know what my boss thinking. i or rather all of us think its not the right way to manage a company like this. i feel that there's too much to say even though its impossible to let him know. -.- but im still gonna list out every wrong thing he did! pardon my singlish and wierd sentence combinations.
From the day i started working in this company i realize there are too many things which are unfair, being treated wrongly, etc. Firstly, he is being too calculative. Everyone can tell. example one, we have to work on xmas eve. Seriously.. ? duty person have to stay till 8 at night. and they have a compulsory chalet on that night? ok, firstly even though the chalet is not plan by my boss. but at least make everyone happy on xmas eve right? im sure we would enjoy ourselves more and will be ever more willing to work on the following working day if we didnt had to drain our energy for work in the morning. -.- and im saying this in a reasonable point of view. even suppliers say he is very calculative. and i am speaking the truth! not even bad mouthing. i just dont know why he dont know how to think ???? when i take 1/2 day leave he doesnt let me have my lunch! seriously wth. secondly he keep telling them everything we do/ he decide is to the benefit of the company. but he did not think about his staffs. if the people who work for him is unhappy, how can we be willing to work for his company? aint i right? You dont give your staff benefit, you eat them, eat their time and money, make use of them, squeeze them dry. Your staffs complain whole day. This is how you manage your company? You think will last long meh? asking designer to clean/ wipe glass doors. sweep etc. asking admin to also do cleaning. asking admin to drop cheque DURING her lunch time, or AFTER WORKING HOURS, aka her own personal time. ask admin to make coffee, etc. ask ppl to pass you your cigs, lighter, or worse TISSUE PAPER, when you are sitting outside office. erm, i know boss very big, but i didnt know boss can ask staff to do every little minor staff which im sure even a handicap will take tissue themselves. This one seriously abit too much dont you think? You can specially stand up from your seat to press the door bell and ask ppl inside to pass you thing, yet you cant be bothered to walk in by yourself to collect your staff, which can be done in less than 30secs. may i ask, is your time too precious to waste or what? Then dont smoke lar. walao thirdly, he is FOREVER changing the system/ rules of the office. F O R E V E R. today say one thing, tomorrow say another thing. and there is never a fix rule or whatever. that's why the company is so unstable. people always say you get your karma when you do bad things. firstly his company got robbed, 2ndly recently one of colleagues swollowed $17k of company's fund and ended up in police station. hmm is this his karma? i wonder. even most of us in our 20s, we know that his company is unstable yet he open a 2nd one. yeap, when it finally open of course happy. but after that? you hire so many staff. and some of them arent really putting in effort, partly because no one have time to teach them propoerly. Who's to blame? yourself. you hire staff you dont train them, then now you want to sack people. you thought you playing games ah? and if everyone work a few months have the intention to quit, he rly need to do some reflection. because if he keep hiring new staff, then his company is forever new, and never gonna be an experienced company w experienced staffs, now even the experienced one are leaving... keep changing like that. me being a taurus person hate changes the most. when he ask both admin to go to the 2nd branch, he ask me to sit at the admin seat and pick up calls while i draw my staff. you serious or not. even though i complain so much unfairness, but i still do everything i need to do. worse thing of all, the pay is peanuts. most people raise pay for a minimum of $200. but mine only $100. kns. + all the employee benefits are lower than the standard !!! extremely unfair. no mc leave cannot claim ehat hospital leave i still must fight for my rights ownself call to MOM and ask, then what sick leave still must after 1 year then can take, annual leave only 7 days and also only 1yr later than can take! ni ye tai mei you liang xin le ba?? If last time you work for others you feel like shit, then all the more you shld make you staffs feel less shitty so that your working environment is happy and everyone is happy, and enjoy working and push more sales right!!! am i wrong to say that or not! And another thing i hate the most is he keep changing all his working pattern blablabla, forget it. he doesnt inform us!!!!! bloody hate that. 1st thing tell me im moving to the other branch. nxt time im sitting there like a stone and he didnt tell me anything???? can i just say fucker?? not sure if its my fate to meet unkind bosses all the time. just my luck. & recently there are a few ppl who keep coming in to see the office, we all think they are going to rent it away or something, because if they closed the 2nd branch one, ppl will think wa only open a few month then close, so he have to close the first one. but all of us think the 1st one is better! he can be a nice father, a nice person when not at work, but never a nice boss when it comes to work. 一点人道都没有。。亏我还待了半年,忍了半年,把3dmax忘记,我看花红也不用盼望了啦! 只想说,这种待人的方式是不对的。。你不改。。迟早吃亏的是你自己。希望你的孩子脾性格不要跟你一样。。。 =—=“”“ Older Post / Back to Top / Newer post |
